Payment must be received by ARTSchool
no later than the programme start date, save for those delegates
requesting advance delivery of course packages when payment in full is
required in advance of shipping.
Advanced bookings greater than 4 weeks are subject to discounts of
10% or as indicating on the pricing/order forms.
If you area unable to attend the
event, a substitute may attend in your place. Please contact ARTSchool
immediately, if there are any changes to your registration.
Please note cancellations received 4
weeks prior to the event will receive a full refund minus a 10%
administration charge. Cancellations received between 4 and 2 working
weeks prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately there
will be no refunds for cancellations less than 2 working week before the
event. There will be no refunds for non-attendance at a seminar.
Please note that those delegates
who have paid to receive complete course package in advance are not
eligible for a refund.
All cancellations and changes must
be received in writing at ARTSchool's
the right to cancel courses. In these cases delegates will be
notified at the earliest possible date, and offered alternative dates,
or a full refund.
